Shipping policy

When your order is ready

Production time depends on the branding method you choose, and is counted in working days from when your order is confirmed. It includes your digital proof and sample approval:

• Fast Track branding (embroidery, DTF and PU transfers): 6–10 working days
• Quick Turn branding (patches, leather, 3D PU print, flock and reflective): 10–15 working days
• Steady Pace branding (debossed straps and satin labels): 9–15 working days
• Imported branding (rubber, silicone, woven and TPU): approximately 26 days

Delivery within South Africa

We deliver nationwide by courier. Delivery costs are added to your order based on the number of caps:

• 1–25 caps: R150
• 26–50 caps: R250
• More than 50 caps: quoted on your final invoice

Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Prices exclude VAT.

Delivery to neighbouring countries

We deliver to Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Cross-border courier costs, and any duties or import taxes, are quoted on your final invoice.
